Pennsylvania Raffle Rules and Guidelines

Please read and review the rules and guidelines of eligibility carefully.

1.  Only Pennsylvania residents are eligible to purchase tickets and win. 

2.  Must be 18 years or older to participate.

3.  Winner(s) will be notified via the email and telephone number provided. 

4.  Cash payouts are made in the form of a check and made payable to the name provided on the Ticket Request Form.

5.  Any form of request for a substitute payee will be denied.

5.  Winners do not need to be present to win. 

6.  Per Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance Act Section 302(a); maximum prize limit is $2,000.00.
