Santa's Helpers Foundation makes every effort to approve all families who apply for help through our Holiday Donation Program. However, due to limited resources, we cannot guarantee that every family will be approved.

Step 1. Download the "Wish List" form for your corresponding State.
Step 2. Download the "Terms & Conditions" form for your corresponding State.
Step 3. Download the "Statement of Understanding" (S.O.U.).
Step 4. Fill out each document in it's entirety.
Step 5. Upload ALL documents to the form below.
Once all forms are completed, please fill out the form below and upload your entire application along with all of the requested documentation. You will need to provide a copy of your state-issued identification or other proof of residency. Requests that do not provide all of the required documents may cause a delay in the approval process.

ELIGIBILITY
*Due to limited resources we can only approve requests for donations from families living in the states of California, Pennsylvania, and Utah. We cannot guarantee that an eligible application will approved for a donation.

*Applications must be received no later than December 1, 2025. Applications received after this date may not be eligible.

*Please only submit one application per household. Submitting multiple applications can cause an application to be delayed or denied.
